Our Pecorino Cheez is Good, Simple + Clever.  

You just use seaweed salt as you would any other salt in cooking + seasoning. With the addition of seaweed it contains iodine + other minerals like potassium, iron, calcium + magnesium. We use Pink Lake salt harvested by the Mount Zero family, using traditional extraction methods. We love to add it to butter for toasted sandwiches.

Many diets in Australia are deficient in iodine. Seaweed, like Victorian wakame collected from Portarlington is rich in iodine. When we met ‘Mike The Seaweed Farmer’ + tried his freeze dried seaweeds we knew we had to make something special with them. Just for you.

Wakame is tasty due to its umami properties, it enhances the flavours of your food. Sprinkle Seaweed Confetti liberally on almost everything.



Made to be faster than fast food.

All of our products are handmade in small batches in Naarm (Melbourne), packaged in home-compostable materials. Vacuum sealed to stay as fresh for your home as the day we made them.
