Made with Australian walnuts, Bird Snake Ecuadorian cacao, organic coconut panella, vegan couverture chocolate drops, Victorian Pink Lake salt + gluten free baking powder. You just add water + bake. Makes 12-16.

To Make- Preparation time 2 minutes, cooking time 1o minutes.

Preheat your oven to 180C. To a mixing bowl empty your Magic Moments cookie mix + add ¼ cup of water + stir (do not add more water, trust us). Now roll into tablespoon sized balls, flatten in your palm and bake on a lined tray for 10 mins. Allow to cool on the baking tray.

To Serve- Good with coffee. Good with a glass of milk/ mylk. Good eaten one after the other. 

Alterations

No bake fudge balls - You can actually eat these cookies raw, just roll them + don’t bake them. Keep them in an airtight container in the fridge + eat within 5 days or freeze them for up to 3 months.

Double dip - Do not be afraid to dip cooled or raw Magic Moments into melted chocolate.

Brownies - Add another ¼ cup of water. Press the cookie dough into a lined brownie tin + bake for 18 - 22 minutes. Allow to cool in the tin. You could go ultra luxe and add a ganache made by melting equal parts of dark chocolate + butter or coconut cream.
