Chipotle Crumbs is an explosion for your mouth. A little bit smoky + a little bit spicy. Designed to go on anything that you want to turn from bland to bold. Sprinkle on top of avocado toast, on fried eggs, salad, roast vegetables or as a bread dipper with olive oil or hummus. Made with Australian almonds, Mike’s wakame, Gippsland garlic, organic spices, chipotle chillies, nutritional yeast + Victorian Pink Lake salt.
Many diets in Australia are deficient in iodine. Seaweed, like Victorian wakame collected from Portarlington is rich in iodine. When we met ‘Mike The Seaweed Farmer’ + tried his freeze dried seaweeds we knew we had to make something special with them. Just for you.
Wakame is tasty due to its umami properties, it enhances the flavours of your food. Sprinkle Seaweed Confetti liberally on almost everything.

Why do you keep opening + closing the online store?
We want to be the best at what we do. And the best way to do that is to be small until we have the resources to grow. We designed these drops to bring you products made by us and made by our friends.
By releasing small collections we can keep our stock fresh, minimise waste, observe the seasons and availability of the best produce. It will give us the space and time to learn and to create. Keeping us agile enough to change operations and procedures to make us better at what we do for you, our producers and the environment.
